Client: Concept project for management teams

Problem: Current lack of accessibility training. The need to promote diversity and inclusion by addressing the unique needs and challenges of employees with disabilities, which includes providing education, accommodations, accessibility, and a supportive environment within the workplace.
Solution: The instructor-led course was built in PowerPoint after completing a needs analysis and collaborating with SMEs. To enhance the quality of the learning experience, I included images, video, knowledge checks, group discussion and scenario based activities. I followed the Six Principles of Andragogy - Need to Know, Experience, Self-Concept, Readiness, Problem Orientation, and Intrinsic Motivation.
My Process:
I follow the ADDIE model by:
Analyzing what is needed to develop a meaningful learning solution.
Designing a course using adult learning principles.
Develop a course with the learner in mind while following stakeholder's vision.
Implement the learning solution through instructor led courses or eLearning modules.
Evaluate the course using course surveys to perfect the course or develop subsequent courses.
